This pendant was inspired by the collection of antique lightening rods on display at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. I had no idea how beautiful they were until I saw them in person and thought that would translate nicely into jewelry! The ornate ironwork and colorful stained glass lightening rods were made here in Philly and shipped around the world when Philadelphia was dubbed "The workshop of the world". This pendant and rope chain are Sterling silver. Pendant is set with an emerald cut Green Tourmaline, Red Garnet, and Yellow Topaz. All gemstones are natural and add a sparkling splash of color to this distinctive pendant.
